My package went astray. I had wonderful interactions with Dean at PureChimp as we tried to figure out how to go forward. He was understanding and flexible as to possibilities. Ultimately, as decisions were being made, a much mangled but still whole package showed up from the PO with an apology letter from them for the package's munted state.
The matcha powder itself is good. I got the tester set, and have tried both the turmeric and cinnamon matchas as soy lattes. The turmeric muddies the clear clean flavour of the matcha, and I would not buy more. The cinnamon one is almost invisible in the flavour of the matcha. Probably wouldn't bother with that, without adding more cinnamon.
Great matcha for a great price. I'm very picky about quality and can attest to the great taste of Purechimp.
Love that they donate some profit to charity and that the pouches are compostable.
